About Me

My photo
Shannon
Melbourne, FL
I'm a single mom to 4 kids. My dad was a chef and my mom an amazing home cook, so I grew up on an incredible array of food that spanned the spectrum from homey comfort to over the top and exotic. Luckily my kids are adventurous eaters and indulge me in my cooking adventures, whether it's an old favorite or a new ingredient or cuisine.
